Incident Reporting
Should you ever have concerns about the safety or quality of patient care, please report your concerns to the management staff at the assigned facility and Spectrum as appropriate. If concerns cannot be resolved by either the facility or Spectrum Medical Staffing, you are encouraged to contact The Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring by calling (800) 994-6610 or submitting your concerns through their online form. No punitive action will be taken for reporting events or concerns related to patient safety or quality of care.
